MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The tedious manual adjustment is omitted, which greatly saves the adjustment time;
In the past, the upper and lower electric eyes of the paper were used for reconnaissance, and the servo motor automatically corrected;
The machine adopts imported timing belt to rotate, and the design is silent;
Automatic glue replenishment module is adopted to prevent the loss or shortage of glue;
The paper pit is driven by servo motor, conveyed by suction belt and calibrated by air pressure. No matter how bent the paper is, the production is still perfect.
Flying head adopts German high-speed flying head with front and rear side air blowers to ensure smooth feeding of more than 15,000 sheets.(PER≤700mm)
The conveying table adopts steel plate type paper pushing table, which is positioned on one side. It only needs to feed the whole sheet piling, without manual paper folding or pre-sheet piling, saving 0.5 workers per day for customers.
Equipped with double-sheet detection function to avoid paper waste.
The lifting paper table is detected by optical fiber electric eye proximity switch, so as to avoid electrical failure caused by frequent start of contact switch.
The upper and lower conveyor belts are pressed to feed paper to ensure the smooth delivery of face value.
The top paper and the bottom paper are tracked by optical fiber detection servo, and the bonding accuracy is more accurate, without manual adjustment.
The left and right optical fibers detect the movement track of the paper, and give an alarm to stop when the paper goes wrong.
Servo paper feeding, only need to input the length and size, and the pneumatic paper pressing lever can continuously feed paper with high accuracy.

The paper table is equipped with photoelectric counting electric eye and radio eye, and the alarm will stop when there is no paper.
The paper table is equipped with an air suction, dust collection and filtering device, which can absorb the paper dust of the backing paper. Avoid blockage of switcher and blower.
The stainless steel anilox roller is evenly pasted, and the paste amount and the draft of the backing paper can be conveniently adjusted by the handle, so as to ensure that the paste is evenly coated on the backing paper.
The probe detects the height of the paste surface to control the work of the automatic paste pumping system, and the paste loss is automatically supplemented to ensure the paste quality. When the probe detects no paste, the machine will stop automatically when it can’t be replenished in ten seconds.
The suction nozzle of the paste pump adopts a filter screen, which filters out the impurities in the paste, ensures the paste quality, and prolongs the service life of the paste pump system and paste mechanism.
The bonding of the top paper and the bottom paper is completed by two groups of pressure rollers, the gap between the first group of pressure rollers is the same as the thickness of the paper, and the second group of pressure rollers is 80% of the thickness of the paper, so that the bonding of products is firmer.
Adopt synchronous toothed belt drive, greatly improve the smooth layer of transmission and reduce machine noise.
The laminated paper coming out of the pressing roller enters the pressing belt in an overlapping and orderly manner through pressing strips.
The paper is pressed and conveyed by the pressure conveying mechanism and the soft belt, so that the paper can be stuck more firmly and smoothly, and the follow-up work can be carried out after exiting the pressing part.
The upper pressure conveying mechanism can be moved to make full use of the space of the conveyor according to the size of the product.
The pressing and conveying part is lengthened to 6m, so that the paper bonding is firmer and smoother.
The power source of the whole machine is driven by variable frequency motor servo motor, which ensures the different speeds required by different products.
The main transmission parts of the machine are driven by toothed belt, which reduces the noise and the running loss of the machine parts to ensure the accuracy. The maximum speed of the machine is raised to 170 sheets/minute.
